SPECIAL NEEDS PETS

RBARI rehabilitates many dogs and cats with various medical and behavioral problems and adopts them into loving homes. This is a timely and costly undertaking. If it wasn't for the dedicated staff and volunteers at RBARI this wouldn't be possible. Many of these animals become overlooked due to the fact that they usually have special adoption requirements and require special care after adoption.

Meet Piccata!

 

Piccata is a young kitten born with only two-thirds of an eyelid. As a result her lashes keep scratching her eyes. Piccata is very sweet and playful and is presently in foster care. Her surgery might be expensive but she's worth it!
