Hi everyone! My name is Chickpea, I came to RBARI from a shelter where I was going to be euthanized :( I had five adorable baby kittens and raised them all SO well at RBARI--I was an awesome mommy. Now my kittens are growing up and I'm looking for some TLC myself. I have a cute little meow that lets you know I want affection. I will cuddle with you. I know my forever family is out there.. Nessie

Nessie is a beautiful dog with a lot of potential. She is gentle and loving with her human friends. Friendly to strangers. Loves toys and is very smart. Nessies ideal home would be one that has some dog experience, preferably with her breed, and who will be able to give her exercise and a lot of love. Nessie prefers a fenced yard, but it is not a requirement. Nessie has been in our training program and is at an intermediate obedience level. She is very eager to please and constantly gives eye contact and looking for direction. She gets so happy when she gets praised for doing well. She is very playful and loves to play with frisbees and stuffed toys. View the video of  Nessie here!
