RBARI provides safe refuge, vital medical and behavioral care, and loving forever homes for New Jersey’s homeless and abused dogs and cats. With a focus on animals in greatest need — seniors, urgent medical cases, and surrenders — RBARI gives second chances to those often overlooked.

Committed to local impact, RBARI works with animal control facilities, offers low-cost spay/neuter services, and partners on trap, neuter, release (NTR) programs to reduce overpopulation and prevent animal homelessness and abuse. Every effort ensures
RBARI is there for the animals with nowhere else to turn.
