At RBARI, we’ve always believed in second chances. In 2024, with your generous support, we were able to provide life-saving care to 165 dogs, cats, and small animals each month. That’s nearly 2,000 animals whose lives were forever changed thanks to your kindness. From urgent medical emergencies to the care of seniors and special needs animals, we couldn’t have done it without you.
But our work is far from over. Every day, we care for animals with complicated medical needs – from broken bones to life-threatening conditions – and the costs are high. Our veterinary expenses alone total $100,000 each month.
As an independent, no-kill shelter, RBARI does not accept local, state, or federal funding, allowing us to stay true to our mission of providing a safe haven for every animal in need. We rely entirely on the generosity of our community, and consistent monthly donations are crucial to cover expenses and ensure we can continue providing the care these animals desperately need.
